Welcome to Durham City Developments Ltd, a privately run company providing expertise in all building and related works. Durham City Developments have been providing high quality developments throughout the North East of England successfully, since 2001.

Our high quality services include civils, scaffolding, construction, roofing, damp proofing, mechanical and electrical and all related internal and external work.

We provide all services individually, or as a complete package dependent upon your requirements.

We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service, no matter how small or large a project, we are currently working on project ranging from domestic refurbishments and extension to new build dwelling to employment – all varying in size, time and budget.
