Durham City Developments have been appointed by Dunelm Property Services to carry a number of Decent Homes Projects
Durham City Developments have experience in working with customers who wish to take an active role in the developing their own property or undertaking an extensive building project. This could be, for example, a customer with a plot of land who wants to self-build a property to their own design and specification.
Customers are free to arrange their own workforce and materials but our project managers are available to work togther to provide building-related advice in order to keep a building or renovation project on time and on budget.
We have recently been involved in project managing building work on apartment blocks and commercial premises.
